Key Responsibilities:
Maintain production work flow of facility in accordance with daily goals
Facilitate the daily team operations, ensuring daily mail work is accomplished
Operate as the point of contact for the customer’s issues concerning the business as well as responding to customer comment forms
Assist with general support of pharmacy operations when necessary
Develop new SOPs
Communicate with peers and supervisors about operational concerns and assist in resolving these concerns
Planning and organizing work assignments for employees
Perform facility operations when necessary such as order filling, replenishment, receiving, put-away, reclamation processing, cycle count process, dispensing, sorting, shipping and returns processing
Lead smaller work teams to drive continuous improvement
Assure employees adhere to Site Security, Safety Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
Communicate consistently regarding operational success and issues with managers and employees
Provide performance feedback to supervisors about employee performance maintaining that information is confidential at all times.
Retrieve supplies needed to carry out work assignments
Provide training to peers as needed and supporting the training program
Adhere to and promote the company’s Shared Principles (I2CARE & ILEAD)
Maintain effective communication across all functional lines.
Provide peer support and mentoring to fellow employees, identify training opportunities as needed.
Maintain confidentiality when necessary
Assist in Specialty Tracking duties when necessary
Upholding the 5S facility mindset
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Good PC skills required.
Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
Must have the ability to analyze a problem and develop a course of action
Must have great customer service skills
Microsoft Office Applications
Education/Training – High School Degree or equivalent
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Having thorough knowledge of McKesson Central Fill processes, procedures, products, programs, services, mail processes, and inventory.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
Prior training experience
Proficient with the GlobalShip shipping application
Working Conditions:
Environment – Will work in all areas of the business; office and production areas which are temperature controlled.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift +30 lbs.
Able to perform order filling requirements if situation arises
Able to stay on feet for a majority of shift
