The Role

We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow with us. As a Manager in Organization Effectiveness and Change Leadership, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in organization design, change management, and culture transformation. In this role, you will collaborate with a supportive team, gaining hands-on experience in portfolio delivery, methodology development, and facilitation.  Reporting to a Director in McKesson Human Resources, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver impactful solutions that drive organizational benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the delivery of organization effectiveness and change leadership solutions, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and drive desired outcomes.

  • Manages the end-to-end implementation of initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, managing their experience throughout the change process.

  • Provides expert guidance and support to business leaders and practitioners in applying organization effectiveness and change leadership methodologies and tools.

  • Utilizes best practices and lessons learned to design and implement innovative solutions that engage stakeholders and accelerate the realization of organizational benefits.

  • Develops and delivers workshops on methodology, approach, and tools in organization design, team effectiveness, and change leadership.

  • Stays current on research, practices, and trends in organization effectiveness, design, and change management to continuously enhance the delivery of solutions.

  • Builds and maintains collaborative and trusting relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in change management, organization effectiveness/design, project management, or human resources.

  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or a related field.

  • Consulting skills:  tailors his/her communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem-solving; focuses on people and interactions, not just processes and tools

  • Change Management:  demonstrates experience in articulating the business case for change, evaluating change readiness, building and executing stakeholder plans and transition activities, and managing sustained change and transition

  • Influence: Excellent influencing, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Stakeholder Management: People-oriented approach, focusing on interactions and relationships

  • Program Management: Experience supporting enterprise or function transformation efforts in a program management or change management capacity and maintain a proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established timelines

  • Business acumen:  understands business and financial conditions, applies and enterprise mindset, and links HR and business strategy, and identifies ways to improve business performance

  • Organization Design: Passion for learning and growing in the field of organizational design, effectiveness, and operating models

  • Employee Experience: demonstrates the ability to leverage employee experience moments that matter and incorporate them into stakeholder engagement and culture transformation programs

  • Partner Management: Partner with our preferred professional services providers to assess delivery quality, and ensure best practices are incorporated into strategies and approaches that work

  • Visioning, innovation, and strategicthinking: understands what is happening in the industry and market to advise the business on how to adopt sustainable change; raises the bar and pushes for new and innovative solutions; challenges others to translate creative ideas into concrete action plans

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.

  • Graduate Degree in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, Change Management, Human Resources or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • General office demands

  • Must have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$86,600 - $144,400
