Biologics by McKesson is seeking a highly motivated and competent Senior Pricing Analyst to support the Pricing organization.  The Senior Pricing Analyst will possess strong analytical skills and experience to provide problem solving and financial decision making by analyzing pricing and profitability models for products and customers.  This position requires attention to detail, enhanced communication skills, and the ability to analyze the specific opportunity while also focusing on the big picture.  This key pricing position will also provide a wide variety of statistical and analytical reporting services and will report to the Senior Manager of Biologics Pricing. 

**Preferred locations are DFW or Raleigh, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pricing for Biologics customers by analyzing/reviewing price requests for the Payor Access, BioPharma, and Account Management teams
• Financial analysis of product and customer profitability
• Provide thought leadership and innovation for process improvements
• Prepare and distribute Pricing reports to leadership
• Gathering and analyzing data to prepare customer pricing
• Support the Pricing Manager in key pricing initiatives to drive profitability
• Provide contract review to ensure pricing terms are consistent with approvals
• Build effective cross functional relationships within the company (Finance, BioPharma, Payor Access, Account Management, etc.)

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

BS/BA in Finance or related field

Critical Skills

• 4+ years in a pricing or analytical capacity or similar financial analysis
• ***Must possess advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Modeling)***
• Knowledge of Finance practices is a plus
• Specialty Pharmacy Healthcare experience not required but a plus

Additional Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) products with query and complex spreadsheet development
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to respond to growing/changing business needs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required

Salary: 70,900.00 - 94,500.00 - 118,100.00 USD Annual (target 100K)
