What We Need:

POSITION: User Experience (UX) Designer II
LOCATION: 6555 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039
JOB DUTIES: Oversees the organization’s Design System (GDS) including the conception and design of new components, implementation of components across applications to achieve consistent user interactions, and the accessibility of GDS components to developers. Manages the implementation and adoption of tools to analyze behavior of website users. Independently contributes to new product development through direct collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership. Iterate on novel designs through feedback gathered from user group interactions and technical feasibility considerations. Conduct and independently maintain broad competitive analyses on different aspects of the product. Independently seeks interactions with peer designers or similar experiences to grow knowledge, test ideas, and stay current with latest design trends. 100% Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related field and two (2) years of experience in any related occupation.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience in the following skills:
- Figma;
- Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager;
- Jira;
- Userlane; and
- User experience research (including: contextual inquiry, interviews, focus groups, and user behavior analytics).
OFFERED WAGE: $94,000 - $156,600/year
