Current need:
McKesson corporation is looking for a Finance Solutions Architect – SAP S4 HANA to join our team. This is an exciting, hands-on role in our Las Colinas office in Texas or Alpharetta office in Georgia. As a McKesson knowledge leader for the Finance business processes and supporting SAP and related McKesson IT technologies, provide technical thought leadership in support of McKesson business objectives
Work location: Irving, TX / Atlanta, GA (Candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid work environment, ready to work from the office for at least 2-3 days a week. It is not a fully remote job.)
Keys skills & Job responsibilities:
Lead design/implementation of IT Financial controls
Work with process owners to design and implement remediation efforts
Partner and advise the business to define optimal SAP-based solutions that effectively and efficiently enhance McKesson business processes, while raising business partner satisfaction
Consult with McKesson development teams to define, design and execute solutions that meet business and technical service requirements
Partner with application, architecture and cross-functional delivery teams to develop software service roadmaps, incorporating both current SAP and SAP partner capabilities to meet business needs
Help McK with SOX process, evidence documentation and Control Assessment
Leverage your consulting, business process and industry experience to better match McKesson technical offerings with emerging McKesson business problems and challenges
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Critical Skills:
Expert-level knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules, e.g. AR, AP, GL, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, PS, IM, AM, and BPC, including solid configuration or hands on development knowledge
10+ years of experience as an SAP Finance
Experience with multiple project lifecycle implementations, and demonstrated knowledge of best practices for Finance implementations at large, global, multi-national companies
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) based design & development and ABAP Restful Programming Model
Experience in transforming custom or offline processes to standard using SAP Fiori
Demonstrate expert knowledge around integration of SAP S4 Financials with Sales, Purchasing and other modules.
Strong understanding of one or more core applications notably BPC, Hyperion, Getpaid, ImageNow, Salesforce.com, or SAP CRM.
Expertise or background in other related Finance process areas such as Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Project Systems.
Experience in configuring Tax procedures and related integration points in SAP S/4HANA for sales orders, purchase orders and Invoices.
Additional Skills:
Experience in working with SAP Cloud technologies like SAC and other SAP Cloud technologies is a plus
Good understanding of Central Finance is a great asset
Expert experience in understanding and documenting customer requirements and to refine to user stories and acceptance criteria.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment – e.g. ability to assess a specific business scenario and develop an appropriate technical approach to support the desired business outcomes
Experience delivering projects using Agile Methodology
Knowledge of best practices in data architecture and management
Business case development experience
Demonstrated leadership capability, including team lead or management roles
Excellent relationship management skills demonstrating mature confidence and integrity; Proven track record building and maintaining productive customer relationships
Solid strategic thinking with results orientation
Superior collaboration and communication (oral and written) skills, as well as excellent level influencing skills
Demonstrated business process knowledge including experience in business process modeling, improvement and change impact analysis, e.g. Six Sigma or BPML.
Excellent communication and ability to work with collaboration and interpersonal skills and cross-functional teams as well as interact with senior leaders and stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Desired certifications:
SAP Certified professional with experience as a Project Manager leading global SAP ERP enterprise projects
PMP Certification is highly recommended

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
