POSITION: Business Systems Analyst

LOCATION: 6555 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039

JOB DUTIES: This role will primarily support the day-to-day operations of the Business Operations team, with a focus on ETL operations. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for understanding the immediate business needs of these teams as well as collaborating with various stakeholders across the business to define and implement business solutions to meet these needs. Job Duties will include: Assist in tracking the receipt and ingestion of data on a day to day basis. Troubleshoot data ingestion issues through ETL softwares such as Talend & Databricks. Work directly with Implementations team on client requests. Work directly with the Data/ETL team to refine data ingestion processes. Identify and create solutions for business needs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement solutions. Work with engineering and development teams to prioritize and execute solutions as required by the business. Desire to evaluate, identify, and lead novel opportunities and projects to optimize current RxSS procedures. Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management. Telecommuting allowed from a home office anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include 6 months in the following skills:

• Building ETL processes in Talendnd Databricks to ingest inbound data for clients using Python;
• Using SQL programming languages to query databases for possible error-causing rows or datasets, as well as to retrieve data for stakeholder analysis and consumption;
• Building processes and tables based on data architecture best practices to ensure scalability of the code is built for onboarding new clients; and
• Compile and create visualizations of data for internal stakeholders using database management systems, including ETL programming and Tableau.

OFFERED WAGE: $79,227 - $135,600/year
