Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson’s CoverMyMeds business segment, is driven to make a difference in the pharmaceutical industry by exposing cost-savings analytics and solutions to our members. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join us as a Strategic Client Executive (Client Success Manager) on our Employer Groups team! This role is responsible for developing relationships with our employer partners to promote loyalty, retention and growth. This leader will bridge the RxSS and client relationship to ensure satisfaction and engagement with our employer clients.
*Candidate must reside in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH area. Position will primarily allow for remote working with occasional in-office support for presence for key meetings.

What You’ll Do:
As a Strategic Client Executive your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect:
Build relationships and project manage varied and complex issues:
Onboard new employer – understand the business, their needs and success factors
Manage employer clients – know/build the lifecycle and oversee relationships (e.g. program performance communications, calls, meetings, email, partnerships)
Be accountable to performance guarantees, contract execution (e.g. ROI)
Proactively share successes and address opportunities and concerns
Create strategic roadmap for clients to meet clients program goals
Demonstrate polished presence representing RxSS position and our value
Be a trusted partner for the client – understand and articulate client perspective and needs and share internally
Work with both internal partners and external clients seamlessly
Facilitate operational development:
Lead or participate in various cross-function projects, including product innovation and clinical operations
Create structure in ambiguous experiences, which may be uncovered through growth and scale
Obtain and interpret data to create and present the client story (past, present and future):
Capture the voice of client, both qualitative and quantitative
Utilize and create standard and custom reports via multiple data systems
Build the client story, articulate important themes and messages to cross-organizational teams and amongst the health plan dichotomies
Critical Qualifications You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success Management, or other relevant Sales position.
Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or digital products environment
Clear understanding of client account sales processes and client lifecycles
Experience working with contracts, including understanding, execution and renewal of contracts
Ability to travel 5 – 10% of the year (estimated once per month)

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
