About the Job

The Product Manager for the Data Platform Team will own the strategic vision and execution of our platform that underpins all our Data Products & Applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our data platform is scalable, reliable, and flexible to meet the diverse needs of our internal teams, customers, and partners. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, data scientists, and other product managers to tackle complex technical challenges, define product roadmaps, and drive data-centric innovations. Your leadership will help shape the foundation of our data-driven ecosystem, which supports business-critical applications and advanced analytics across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on technical platforms, data-driven products, or cloud infrastructure.

• Strong experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.

• Ability to define and document technical requirements, user experiences, data workflows, and system architectures.

• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions while addressing both technical and business requirements.

• Ability to work with, influence, and engage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications / Keen Interest

• Experience in the healthcare sector or with healthcare data such as claims, EHR, or patient-level datasets.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), data warehouse platforms like Snowflake, and modern data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kafka).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Proven success in scaling technical products, particularly in high-growth or dynamic environments.

• Experience in working on large-scale data platforms that support data warehousing, analytics, or machine learning pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our data platform, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate technical requirements into actionable product features.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders and customers to identify their pain points, gather feedback, and refine product features to meet market needs.

• Drive go-to-market strategy for the data platform, including articulating business impact, product positioning, pricing, and packaging.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineers, designers, and other product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions on time.

• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and market trends to prioritize and adjust the roadmap.

• Advocate for the platform’s capabilities and functionalities across the organization, ensuring alignment with broader product goals and strategies.

• Monitor the health and performance of the data platform, driving improvements based on user feedback, system performance, and evolving business requirements.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform, conducting internal training and presenting product updates to key stakeholders.

• Ensure the data platform is well-documented and that internal teams have the necessary resources to use it effectively.
