Internship Responsibilities:
Conducting adherence calls
Filling prescriptions
Patient data management duties
Billings assistance
Adjudications
Learning how to be proficient in Kroll and using the system
Gaining knowledge in the specialty pharmacy industry
Minimum Requirement:
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
Additional skills:
Experience working in a pharmacy retail or specialty setting
Currently enrolled and taking PharmD program preferred
Experience working with Kroll is an asset
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as a team player
Career Level – IC Business Support – B3
