We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer experience, complex technology project management and innovation. You will be working with a broad network of internal and external partners to create the highest level of adherence to technology and best practice processes.

Success in this role is achieved in four ways.

  • How you lead partnerships and collaboration across subject matter experts for complex technology projects. It’s all about ‘’how you reach the results’’, it’s not about the results.

  • How you are able to work in ambiguous situation with only high-level expectations. It’s about how you are self-starting, and able to chase down answers while keeping everyone inform of the plan you made. If you need a "how to" this is not the role for you.

  • How you use your human resources and technology expertise to: evaluate new applications, identify systems requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements.

  • How you compile detailed requirements, present system enhancements and/or alternatives to various stakeholders (E.g., Project team, HRIS configuration team, Integration team, third party vendor, etc.).

This is a hybrid position, primarily working from home and coming to the office when you see the need for it. You can be located in either Irving, TX; Alpharetta, GA; Columbus, OH; Richmond, VA; Montreal, Quebec, or Toronto, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management of complex and large-scale complex Talent Acquisition technology implementations and enhancements. A complex project will require networking across department, strong communication and understanding of influential lever.

  • Requires a deep understanding and anticipation of: stakeholder needs, business outcomes, resource allocation, scope creep, competing priorities of stakeholders, impacts on end-user, outcome measurement.

  • Drive recommendations by analyzing data from multiple sources and balancing competing human resources, talent acquisition, enterprise, and business unit priorities. 

  • Apply Project management best practice in project plan documentations, like Smartsheet, SharePoint, etc.

  • Other Day-to-day work you could own, but not limited to:

    • Build/maintain customer journey mapping.

    • Partner with various stakeholders to recommend how talent acquisition should prioritize all projects.  

    • Complete all privacy and security assessment required for implementation across multiple expert and department.

Minimum Requirements 

  • Experience implementing Paradox and Workday technologies.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in increase role complexity in Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition technology and being a project manager of increasing project complexity. 

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.

  • Education: no specific requirements.

  • This position can be Hybrid near a hub location or remote/work at home anywhere in US or Canada. If remote, you must be able to self-expense travel to a HUB location for business needs approximately 1-2 times per year.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$97,900 - $163,100
