The employee will work in a matrix environment (customers, MHS field sales, Macro Helix account managers, 340B Impact) to identify and respond to gaps and updates in 340B Impact customer account tables to ensure that accurate and comprehensive data is reported to customers. Healthcare, Pharmacy, and 340B are great plusses.

Key Responsibility

  • Manage 340B Impact account table updates (and QA) and data accuracy with field sales and Macro Helix product managers, including creating a system for organizing and prioritizing account table updates.

  • Support 340B Impact leadership’s customer conversations with structured reporting and analysis.  Support field sales with 340B Impact customer minded tools and reporting.

  • Work with internal dashboards, customers, and account executives to ensure account table data descriptors are accurate and representative of customer’s business hierarchy

  • Monitor master account table data for data errors and initiate work to remedy

  • Work with product management team to automate and / or facilitate end user data management


Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires + years of relevant experience

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience demonstrating acumen for position

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, data extraction techniques from other sources a plus

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience working directly with healthcare customers and familiarity with hospitals and health systems structure

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to be successful with daily autonomy

  • Experience developing structured business processes to manage customer data

  • Experience developing cloud-based forms to collect and manage data preferred

  • Employee should be highly organized and enjoy creating structure in a process touched by multiple stakeholders

  • Employee should be highly organized, detail-oriented and conscientious

Education:

  • Degree or equivalent and 

  • typically requires 2+ years of 
    relevant experience

Working Conditions:

  • Position is work from home in the U.S.

  • Occasional travel to corporate headquarters or industry meetings may be required 

Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.):

  • Majority of time performing computer-based work

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$87,000 - $145,000
