Key Responsibilities:

  • Key customer service coordinator with a large mail order account.
  • DC liaison for our central customer service group in Tx regarding national & Independent account issues. Manage DC email as well as your own.
    • Delivery issues – Late delivery, Missing tote, Wrong tote or received damaged.
    • Check shelf dating or received short-dated product.
    • Shortage received or shortage credit denial request.
    • Handling charge credit request with return
    • Overage received or Mis Pick
  • Work as DC transportation point person for Late Routes, Missing totes & received wrong customer tote.
  • Submit daily late route report to our national CxO team.
  • Work with local couriers with delivery update times, recovery of missing totes or coordinate a delivery swap.
  • Update our CxO department thru out the day of delivery issues, resolutions or delays.
  • Research customer credit request issues / complaints.
  • Key in return authorizations of undelivered totes, shortage / overage claims or saleable / unsaleable returns as needed.
  • Input Courier Claim Credit for missing / damaged totes.
  • Assist with monitoring & buzzing in deliveries, contractors etc.
  • Back up coverage for phones / front desk duties.

Desired Experience:

  • Customer service experience researching issues, and communicating with clients via email and phone
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • SAP familiarity is helpful
  • Experience coordinating transportation issues

Minimum Qualification:

Typically requires 4+ years of related experience

Robbinsville, NJ - Fully Onsite Role

Schedule:

Mon - Fri 8:00am-4:30pm ET

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$22.52 - $37.53
