The Lead, Franchise Programs and Experience has responsibility for oversight, development and execution of Medicine Shoppe Canada's strategic program initiatives and forums to create a differentiated Franchise offer and accelerate business growth.
Specific Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a Clinical Model and Franchisee/Patient Experience strategy and plan to drive long-term sustainability of the Franchise system
- Design and continue to evolve innovative, future-focused clinical models and programs in consultation with the Pharmacy Programs team
- Establish core KPI’s and KRI’s to regularly monitor and report on clinical model success
- Leverage business insights to identify areas of continuous improvement within the clinical model and programs
- In collaboration with the Pharmacy Programs team, recommend, implement and review clinical model tools and technology
- Consult with the Franchise Owners Advisory Council to capture and address customer and franchisee feedback as it relates to the Clinical Models; initiate new projects and workstreams as appropriate
- Train and coach Franchise Account Executives on Clinical Model offerings, processes and procedures to support Franchisee change management
- In collaboration with the Pharmacy Programs team, review and address College of Pharmacists audit / practice inspection results; align program design with regulatory requirements
- Lead and collaborate on the design and implementation of in store, online and digital patient and Franchisee experience in conjunction with the Pharmacy Programs and Marketing teams
- Conduct regular assessments against desired future patient care and Franchisee experience
- Work with and train Account Executives and Franchisees to establish desired patient and Franchisee experience
- Develop patient and Franchisee interaction model to support assessments and continuous improvement
- Document key processes in collaboration with the Operational Excellence and Branding Lead
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, project management, clinical program design or retail pharmacy
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment

- External communication with Franchisees, 3rd party program and service providers, Colleges of Pharmacy, pharmacy regulators and associations
