Summary
Responsible for Contract Administration operational activities supporting the Pharma business unit, totaling approximately $35B annually in contract sales and approximately $5B in chargebacks. Responsible for continued execution on objectives and completion of ongoing business operation activities, which include the contract receipt, loading, and chargeback operation areas. Will actively engage with internal teams on process improvements to drive efficiencies and improved chargeback accuracy for the Pharma business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships through frequent interactions with customer contacts and internal business partners to address matters concerning contract administration and chargeback reconciliation.
- Evaluate processes, focused on identifying opportunities to improve procedures.
- Execute responsibilities at a high rate of accuracy to ensure that strategic and operational priorities are achieved.
- Maintain an understanding of internal and external customer needs and issues, as well as how business processes affect customer satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly respond/adapt to changing business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
- Contract administration experience or equivalent industry knowledge
Critical Skills
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Excel (Intermediate preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and team performance metrics
- Experience in a high-volume customer-oriented organization
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Relationship building and developing a foundation of trust with internal and external customers
- Independent thinker with strong decision-making skills
- Experience utilizing SAP Vistex is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
