Current Need:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Financial Services & Solutions FP&A team.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting FSS FP&A Services and partner with senior finance leaders and key business stakeholders on financial analytics and enterprise planning/reporting activities. The individual will have visibility to enterprise strategy and financials and will be expected to successfully collaborate across teams.  A successful candidate will challenge the status quo and be intellectually curious while demonstrating the ability to translate financial trends and drivers to digestible business insights for leadership.  The individual should be analytical, proactive, flexible, and possess a strong drive to meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage FSS cost centers financials, collaborate with FSS leaders to understand changes in business drivers, and ensure forecast data submissions are complete within the enterprise financial reporting system.
• Participate in annual budgeting and long-range planning exercises: assist in the assumption development and communication of deliverables to FSS leadership team and business units, analyze financial projections and document variances/business changes throughout the budget cycle.
• Prepare and deliver executive level summaries and presentations to explain financial performance and key drivers.
• Identify, Track and Maintain KPIs for new and existing processes, uncover trends, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis (i.e., evaluating business cases, developing standardized templates and reporting packages, recognizing process improvement potential, data benchmarking for best practices, identifying business trends with data analysis and enhancing finance system capabilities)
• Influence business stakeholders and forge strong working relationships to drive results.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet company goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of financial analysis or similar work experience
• Degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related field

Critical Skills:

• Proven track record of building effective business partnerships with the ability to influence decision-makers without direct authority.
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with creating forecast, annual budgets and long range plans.
• Experience collaborating across various business teams.
• Substantial experience with MS Excel with demonstrated skills in financial modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of staff up to executive management.
• Experience presenting financial data to leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Hyperion Planning
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and other visualization tools a plus

$95,900 - $159,800
