Current Need
McKesson is hiring a Freight Pricing Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA.
Position Summary
This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Value and will be part of the pricing value management department. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record in managing complex analytical processes. The candidate will collaborate with several internal teams including Sales, Operations, and IT to drive ancillary revenue streams. This role will be challenged to seek and propose process enhancements to continually improve the team’s capabilities and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain dashboards to draw analytical insights and drive business decisions
- Support development and management of ancillary revenue programs driven by data analytics
- Identify process gaps and develop solutions to increase ancillary revenue programs adherence
- Manage freight schedule compliance on top strategic accounts
- Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of source data
- Support ad-hoc analytics or projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in analytics or data related fields
Critical Skills
- 2+ years’ experience with financial analysis
- 2+ years’ SQL, relational databases, and process automation (Snowflake, Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel Vlookups, Pivots)
- Data visualization, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization technology
Additional Skills
- Experience with data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methods, and working with very large datasets.
- Ability to generate reports and successfully translate and communicate findings to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts
- Knowledge of supply chain and healthcare industry
Education
- 4 Year bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Computer Science.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
