Job Title: Principal Technology Integration Director
Current Need:
In this role, our Principal Technology Integration Director will lead the integration of new healthcare technology products into our organization’s portfolio. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle, including planning, design, development, implementation, support, and evaluation. The goal is to ensure seamless integration of new technologies within our existing infrastructure while meeting business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle for new technology integrations, from planning and design to development, implementation, support, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, IT staff, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful integration of new technologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to integration processes, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in technology integration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
Critical Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology integration, preferably in a healthcare / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
- Experience building software technology integration in Healthcare – EHS, EMS, EMR domain
- Proven experience in implementing & integrating the ERP’s
- Having strong background in Peoplesoft, SAP, JDE, Workday ERP integration
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
- General office demands.
- Open to travel on demand.
- Travel up to 30%
