Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice principal(e) est doté d’une éthique fortement axée sur le client et est passionné par une première impression réussie. Relevant du ou de la gestionnaire principal(e), soutien des ventes, le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice collaborera avec des parties prenantes à l’interne et à l’externe dans la création de nouveaux comptes de la Distribution pharmaceutique au Québec. Cette personne participera à la mise en œuvre et à l’optimisation des processus et effectuera un suivi approfondi pour assurer une expérience d’intégration uniforme et positive pour les clients.

Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Coordonner et gérer l’ouverture de comptes, les mises à jour et les processus d’intégration de nouveaux magasins pour les comptes clients de détail de McKesson qui lui sont attribués au Québec.
  • Collaborer avec des parties prenantes clés de divers services pour faciliter l’ouverture de comptes et l’intégration harmonieuse des nouveaux clients.
  • Travailler de pair avec le personnel de divers services afin d’identifier rapidement les problèmes de codage de compte, d’effectuer les vérifications et d’apporter les correctifs nécessaires, tant pour les comptes actuels que nouveaux.
  • Superviser la création, la maintenance et la gouvernance de modèles de codage pour client et assurer l’exactitude et l’intégrité de l’information.
  • Administrer et mettre à jour les données de nos systèmes.
  • Identifier les occasions de collaborer à des initiatives qui améliorent et accroissent l’efficacité.
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour des flux de travaux et effectuer la maintenance de tous les documents connexes.
  • Assurer un soutien et une couverture à ses équipiers au besoin.
  • Appuyer les activités et processus qui habilitent et stimulent l’équipe des ventes institutionnelles à effectuer de la prospection et à intégrer les nouveaux clients de façon efficace.
  • Se conformer à tous les programmes, politiques et pratiques exemplaires de l’organisation.

Exigences minimales

  • Un minimum de trois années d’expérience dans un domaine connexe comme les soins de santé, l’industrie pharmaceutique, les ventes ou la chaîne d’approvisionnement
  • Bilinguisme (anglais et français) à l’oral et à l’écrit

Compétences clés

  • Des aptitudes supérieures en communication
  • Une bonne connaissance des applications de la suite logicielle Microsoft Office
  • D’excellentes compétences en organisation, en planification et en gestion du temps

Job Summary

The Senior Coordinator has a strong customer-centric ethic and is passionate about first impressions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Support, the Senior Coordinator will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the creation of new Pharma Distribution accounts in Quebec. The Senior Coordinator will assist with process optimization, implementation, and enhanced tracking to ensure a consistent and positive customer onboarding experience.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage account openings, updates, and new store onboarding processes for assigned McKesson retail customer accounts in the region of Quebec.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to facilitate new account openings and smooth customer onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to swiftly identify, investigate, and resolve account coding issues for both new and existing accounts.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance and governance of customer coding templates, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Manage and update data in our systems.
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate on initiatives that improve and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and update workflows and maintaining all related documents.
  • Offer support and coverage for teammates as needed.
  • Support activities and processes that enable and drive the retail and institutional sales team to develop the business and onboard new customers efficiently.
  • Comply with all company policies, best practices, and programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a related domain such as Healthcare, Pharma, Sales, and/or Supply Chain.
  • Billingualism – written and verbal (French and English).

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$56,300 - $93,800
