Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Standardiser et documenter les processus et pratiques pour inspirer l'excellence.

  • Escalader les obstacles, gérer les risques et conduire des améliorations pour assurer la livraison de valeur.

  • Coordonner les Scrum of Scrums pour obtenir une visibilité sur les progrès de l'équipe et les éventuels obstacles.

  • Faciliter les événements clés (planification PI, cérémonies) et aider l'équipe à délivrer de la valeur.

  • Collaborer avec l'entreprise pour aligner les priorités du programme.

  • Développer et présenter des mises à jour de projet et des rapports de progression aux parties prenantes.

  • Planifier, gérer et surveiller les budgets de projet pour atteindre les objectifs financiers.

  • Valider et approuver les feuilles de temps pour un suivi précis des heures de projet.

  • Travailler avec les responsables d'équipe pour identifier, sécuriser et intégrer les ressources nécessaires.

  • Faciliter la communication et la collaboration entre les équipes transversales pour assurer la réussite du projet.

  • Surveiller la performance du projet en utilisant des outils et techniques appropriés, et fournir des mises à jour régulières aux parties prenantes.

  • Assurer la conformité avec les politiques, procédures et normes de l'entreprise.

  • Comprendre et appliquer des métriques Agile significatives.

Exigences du poste

  • Diplôme de licence en administration des affaires, gestion de projet, technologies de l'information ou un domaine connexe.

  • Expérience avérée en tant que Chef de Projet, Ingénieur Train de Livraison (RTE) ou un rôle similaire.

  • Forte maîtrise de JIRA pour la gestion de projet.

  • Excellente compréhension des méthodologies et cadres Agile.

  • Compétences exceptionnelles en organisation et en multitâche.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec des équipes et des parties prenantes diverses.

  • Capacité à comprendre et à traduire les exigences commerciales en spécifications techniques.

  • Maîtrise des outils de présentation tels que Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et attention aux détails.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement rapide.

  • Bilingue (Anglais et Français).

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager/Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage projects in JIRA, collaborate closely with the Product Owner, and coordinate with the Scrum Master to plan sprints. This role involves managing relationships with business stakeholders, delivering presentations, planning, and managing budgets, validating timesheets, and juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Specific Responsibilities

  •   Ensure processes and practices are standardized and documented.

  •   Escalate impediments, manage risks, drive improvements, and ensure value delivery.

  •   Support Scrum of Scrums coordination to gain visibility into team progress and any impediments/blockers.

  •   Facilitate events (e.g., PI Planning, key ceremonies) and assist the team in delivering value.

  •   Partner with the business to understand and align on program priorities.

  •   Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, providing project updates and progress reports.

  •   Plan, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.

  •   Validate and approve timesheets to ensure accurate tracking of project hours.

  •   Work with team leads to identify, secure, and onboard resources for the program.

  •   Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  •  Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Position Requirements

  •   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

  •   Proven experience as a Project Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or similar role.

  •   Strong proficiency in using JIRA for project management.

  •   Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

  •   Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  •   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  •   Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  •   Proficiency in using presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.

  •   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  •   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  •   Experience in planning and managing project budgets.

  •   Bilingual (English and French).

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$99,600 - $166,000
