En tant qu'analyste de projets de transport, vous serez responsable de soutenir et d'analyser divers aspects des projets de transport au sein de l'organisation. Responsabilités
Planification et coordination de projets:
Contribuerau développement et à la mise en œuvre de projets de transport en veillant à l'alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels.
Collaborer avec les équipes de projet pour définirle périmètre , les objectifs et les livrables du projet.
Analyse de données et rapports:
Réaliser des analyses de données approfondies liées aux projets de transport, y compris l'optimisation des itinéraires, l'analyse des coûts et les indicateurs de performance.
Préparer des rapports réguliers résumant les principales conclusions et l'avancement des projets pour les parties prenantes.
Gestion du budget:
Aider au développement et à la suivis des budgets des projets, en veillant au respect des contraintes financières et en identifiant les opportunités d'optimisation des coûts.
Communication avec les parties prenantes:
Communiquer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour recueillir les exigences des projets, fournir des mises à jour et traiter toute préoccupation ou problème.
Animer des réunions et des présentations pour transmettre l'état, les jalons et les résultats des projets.
Gestion des risques:
Identifier les risques et défis potentiels associés aux projets de transport et travailler en collaboration pour développer des stratégies d'atténuation.
Surveiller les risques des projets et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives au besoin.
Amélioration des processus:
Évaluer les processus et systèmes de transport existants, en recommandant des améliorations pour accroître l'efficacité et l'efficience.
Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et des solutions innovantes pour optimiser les résultats des projets.
Documentation et Conformité:
Maintenir une documentation de projets précise, en s’assurant de la conformité aux politiques internes et aux des réglementations externes.
Soutenir les audits et les examens liés aux activités des projets de transport.
Qualifications:
Diplôme de baccalauréat en logistique, gestion des transports, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente.
Les diplômes avancés ou des certifications sont un atout.
Maîtrise des outils et techniques d'analyse de données, avec la capacité d’extraire des informations significatives à partir de jeux de données complexes.
Compétences démontrées en gestion de projet, notamment la création de plans de projet, la gestion des délais et de coordonner des ressources.
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, avec la capacité de transmettre des informations techniques à des parties prenantes non techniques. – Excellente maîtrise du français.
Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes transversales.
Capacité à s'adapter aux exigences et priorités changeantes des projets dans un environnement dynamique.
Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de transport, les logiciels de gestion de projet et les technologies pertinentes.
Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. The Senior Transport Project Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of transportation initiatives, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans for transportation projects, aligning them with overall organizational objectives and long-term goals.
Provide guidance on the selection of projects that align with the company's strategic priorities.
Project Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, providing direction, support, and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation:
Conduct advanced data analysis to derive actionable insights related to transportation efficiency, cost optimization, and performance metrics.
Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends, forecast future needs, and drive decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of transportation projects with other business functions.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Risk Management and Mitigation:
Proactively identify risks associated with transportation projects, develop risk mitigation strategies, and lead the implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Process Optimization:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating and optimizing transportation processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, conveying project status, key performance indicators, and strategic recommendations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation management, project management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
·Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
·Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to create project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. – Great in French
·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
·Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
·Familiarity with transportation management systems, project management software, and relevant technologies.
