McKesson is seeking a leader to fill the role of Vice President, Diagnostic Sales Consultants within McKesson Medical-Surgical's Laboratory team. The VP will lead a team of over 50 in achieving our $2+ billion Laboratory revenue goal across all served markets (Primary Care, Extended Care, Health Systems, and Government). Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States, but will be expected to travel frequently.
The role is responsible for developing and executing sales through:
• Leading 4 Regional Sales Directors and 50 Diagnostic Sales Consultants.
• Team training and development, retention of top talent, establishing clear objectives, measurement systems and performance management.Building a strong and diverse team through external hiring and internal development.
• Developing and executing sales plans to achieve Lab financial goals.Implement systems and processes to ensure initiatives are successful, forecasting is accurate, and teams are sharply focused on attaining objectives.
• Building productive and collaborative relationships with all Lab Specialists teams, supported Sales teams, Marketing, Product Strategy & Supplier Partnerships, and key Manufacturers to support the achievement of sales objectives.
• Leading the development of the Diagnostic Sales Consultant strategy including advancing team selling strategies & tactics, influencing supported Sales teams & customers, and establishing support models for new markets.
Minimum Requirements
• Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of
diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or
equivalent experience.

Education
•Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:
$233,700 - $389,500Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
