Job Title: Customer Technology Service Desk Representative – Tech Administration
Current Need: We are seeking a dynamic Customer Technology Service Desk Representative to join our Technology Administration team.
Position Description: As a Customer Technology Service Desk Representative, you'll be instrumental in providing our clients with a seamless experience with McKesson's products and services. Your role will involve entering and addressing billing inquiries, managing user accounts, and processing requests for our state-of-the-art applications and devices.
Starting Pay is between $19 to $26 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Barcode Scanner Device Management: Handle equipment replacements, new requests, and test returned equipment.
- Billing Support: Offer expert assistance for billing entries and inquiries related to ORBITS and associated devices, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- User and Account Management: Set up and deactivate accounts for OneTrack and the Biomed portal, maintaining an organized user account system.
- Account Moves: Manage account transitions during the Bill To Consolidation process, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data.
- ScanManager Requests: Process and track new ScanManager requests, including label creation, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the shipping and receiving of devices and supplies for McKesson's customer-facing applications.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information and service records into our database, ensuring high data integrity and consistency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Entry-level position
Critical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Familiarity with billing processes and user account management
- Experience with ORBITS, OneTrack, Biomed portal, and ScanManager is beneficial
- Familiarity with Android OS is a plus
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
- Customer service experience, including user instruction and resource coordination
- Active listening and comprehension skills to understand customer issues fully
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer technology, including Word and Excel, web navigation, and browser troubleshooting
- A+ certification or related credentials are advantageous but not required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
- Daily general office activities
- Packing and shipping: lifting and moving packages up to 10 lbs. daily
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available for this position.
