Key responsibilities: Primary trainer responsible for training associates in Inbound/Outbound processes, including Receiving, Put-Away, Picking and packing for LUM, Food Town, Coolers, Bulk, Induction, SWOG, QC Check Stations and Dock processes (strapping, direct trailer loading)

  • Ability to perform all positions in the warehouse within LMS and company standards.
  • Train individuals in inventory, receiving, picking, packing, quality control, sorting, loading, and replenishment functions.
  • Ability to work various shifts based on staffing or DC business needs
  • Operate Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification (cherry picker, reach truck, dock stocker, and a powered pallet jack).
  • Maintain training records
  • Ability to learn and perform outbound and inbound functions in which you are not already proficient in 
  • Be able to operate (or become certified) on Material Handling equipment, including cherry picker, reach truck, dock stocker, and a powered pallet jack.

Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, or completion of shift. * Must be flexible to work on all shifts to support the business needs

Minimal Requirement:

  • 3+ years of related experience

Critical Skills:

  • Good communication skills: ability to speak with individuals and explain processes, as well as create and process SOPs
  • Must have a positive attitude, passion, and commitment to the success of our team and individuals
  • Must have experience training individuals in inventory, receiving, picking, packing, quality control, sorting, loading, and replenishment functions, and maintain training records
  • Ownership in the success of the individual or team
  • Good critical thinking skills with the ability to see the “big picture”
  • Ability to perform basic data entry, Excel, Word, and Outlook on an Intermediate level

Preferred Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of McKesson experience preferred, with working knowledge of at least 2 outbound functions.
  • Bilingual is preferred

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $16.10 - $26.83
