Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- SAP trained and knowledge on basic navigation.
- SAP 53210 account review - researching and balancing of Inventory adjustments.
- Prepare Inventory adjustment research checklist on all items unresolved.
- Collects, evaluates, and reports data in order to manage cycle count defects.
- Trained in all SCIMAN functions - receiving, put away, order filling, shipping, etc.
- Coordinate daily job task for the Quality Control Team
- Coordination and contact of customers regarding picking issues
- Reconciliation of daily errors included but not limited receiving, put away, etc.
- Review and complete the daily, weekly and monthly STARS reports
- Knowledge of all Inventory Adjustments, SOPs and the correct processes - IAID, RACC, cycle counts, R/A. etc.
- Review and process all recall bulletins, overstock, and clinical trials.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday thru Friday 6am - 2:45pm
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of warehouse inventory experience
- SCIMAN skills
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis (8-hour shift plus overtime if necessary); ability to lift and carry from 50 to 75 lbs. for short distances
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time (8-hour shift plus overtime if necessary)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability drive team engagement and manage a team (usually 5 or more)
- Communicate with team members in all areas
- Execute quality improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Associate must not have more than a verbal warning for attendance
- Associate must not have received a disciplinary action above a verbal warning within the past six months
- Must have been in current position for a minimum of six months.
