Pay / Schedule:

  • $24.95 / hour + $2.00 shift differential
  • Sunday 6:00pm – 2:30am, Monday - Thursday 7:00pm – 3:30am

Hours are subject to change with proper notice. Overtime may be needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the new hire training program for effectiveness.  Program should continue to evaluate and measure productivity and quality.
  • Works closely with management to assess training needs of both new hires and existing employees.
  • Maintain training records and discuss training plans with employees and employee’s supervisor.
  • Observes trainee performance and provides instruction, coaching and counseling to improve performance.
  • Provides annual safety re-training courses in order to meet company and government compliance policies.
  • Performs other projects as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of McKesson warehouse processes, procedures, products, programs, and services
  • Prior training / leadership experience
  • Onboarding new hire experience (videos, policies, SOP's)
  • Knowledge of wholesale, production and/or manufacturing industry
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Good PC skills required

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Microsoft Office applications
  • AcuMax performance and management functions including Queries
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Must have the ability to analyze a problem and develop a course of action
  • Ability to operate lift trucks
  • Training on power equipment
  • Working with supervisors and leads on training needs

Physical Qualifications:

  • Able to perform order filling requirements if emergency exists
  • Able to stay on feet for long period of time, 5-6 + hours daily

Working Conditions:

  • Will work in all areas of the business
  • Office and warehouse areas are temperature controlled
  • Some exposure to bio-hazardous materials
