Job Summary
As a Business Analyst on our Product Innovation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a next-generation digital platform that enhances patient care across Canada. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to drive real change in the healthcare system.
Location: 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON
Work Arrangement:This is ahybrid positionrequiring candidates to workon-site at least 2 days per weekat our designated office location. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Champion the User Experience: Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for patients and internal users, ensuring our digital solutions—especially in order management and patient support—are intuitive and effective.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with product managers, business leaders, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
- Drive Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support Agile Delivery: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and ensure development teams are aligned and unblocked.
- Measure Success: Conduct gap analyses, define KPIs, and validate that solutions meet business and user needs.
- Enable Change: Support change management, training, and adoption of new tools and processes across the organization.
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certification in business analysis is an asset.
- 3+ years of direct experience in business analysis.
- 5+ years in technology-related roles preferred.
Key Competencies
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM platforms.
- Background in Canadian healthcare or biopharma industries.
- Proven success in launching new systems or platforms from the ground up.
- Familiarity with design thinking and customer experience design.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital product economics.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Experienced in digital transformation, ideally within healthcare, biopharma, or patient support programs.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and business analysis, with a solid understanding of product development lifecycles.
- A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and influence decision-makers.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of driving alignment between business and technology teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
