Position Summary: The role involves supporting McKesson's Medical-Surgical business by managing sales representative relationships. Responsibilities include handling customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communication and working with our back office teams . The position requires resolving customer claims, product orders, and complaints efficiently. Additional duties involve assisting in developing initiatives to inform and educate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound order-taking calls and perform order entry.
  • Research and process customer credits for returns and damages.
  • Follow procedures for hazardous materials and compliance guidelines.
  • Respond to sales inquiries about products, pricing, and back-order reports.
  • Provide sales documents and samples.
  • Manage customer and product data and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years of McKesson Customer Service Experience.

Critical Skills:

  • 1+ years of phone-based customer support experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience with Customer Service technologies like JD Edwards and Cisco preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Medical and pharmaceutical knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and internet knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

  • Traditional office work with significant computer use.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
