Job Title: Principal Machine Learning Engineer
Current Need:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI/ML Engineering Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to detect and mitigate cybersecurity threats. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models to enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity SMEs, security analysts, and engineers to identify and address complex cybersecurity challenges.
- Oversee the integration of machine learning models into existing cybersecurity systems.
- Lead and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models and processes.
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and implement improvements as needed.
- Present findings and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with a preference for cybersecurity applications.
- Must have handled end to end Machine learning model from the development to deployment roll out
- Proven track record of designing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat detection techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure Databricks and AzureML.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
