Current Need
We are seeking an addition to our Planview Operations team. This person will need to be detail-oriented and proactive to support the ongoing maintenance, training and optimization of the Planview application. This position will engage directly with the end-users for problem solving and training. This position will perform regular system audits, creating and/or updating system SOPs as well as supporting the Planview Architects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management & Maintenance:
Assist with the daily operations of the Planview system, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure software is up-to-date and secure.
User Support & Training:
Assist with technical support and guidance to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
Assist with training sessions and workshops for new and existing users to enhance system utilization.
Create and maintain user documentation and help guides.
Data Management & Integrity:
Monitor data accuracy within the system, performing regular audits to ensure integrity.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Assist with the adherence to industry standards and best practices in system management and data handling.
Stay updated with Planview’s latest features and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.
Document system processes and procedures to maintain compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience
Critical Skills
Proven experience managing Planview modules such as Portfolio, Strategy, Agileplace.
Additional Skills
Experience supporting training, creating guides, and resolving technical issues across diverse user groups.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
Process Improvement mindset.
Education
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience.
Working Conditions:
Traditional office environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
