Summary

Lead strategic SAP Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across the enterprise, driving successful implementations and upgrades that align with McKesson’s business goals and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end SAP MDM implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with McKesson’s project governance and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing SAP MDM projects in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data modeling, and integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certification.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 and MDG migrations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry standards.
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., SAP BTP).
  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$116,600 - $194,300
