Position Description

We are seeking a skilled LeanIX Administrator to manage and optimize our LeanIX platform, ensuring effective use across the organization. The LeanIX Administrator will support enterprise architecture initiatives by maintaining data quality, customizing dashboards, and creating integrations through GraphQL development. Additionally, this role requires familiarity with OneTrust and ServiceNow integrations to ensure seamless integration across systems.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with LeanIX and possess strong technical knowledge of GraphQL, as well as expertise in integrating LeanIX with platforms such as OneTrust and ServiceNow. This role is key in ensuring that LeanIX supports the organization’s strategy, architecture management, and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • LeanIX Administration

    • Oversee the day-to-day administration and configuration of the LeanIX platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

  • Data Management

    • Maintain and govern data quality within LeanIX, including cleansing, normalizing, and enriching data across architecture inventories.

  • Customizations & Configurations

    • Customize dashboards, reports, and views in LeanIX to meet business needs and enhance user experience.

  • GraphQL Development

    • Design and implement custom integrations with LeanIX using GraphQL to enhance data flow, automate processes, and improve system interoperability.

  • OneTrust and ServiceNow Integration

    • Manage and support integrations between LeanIX, OneTrust, and ServiceNow to ensure seamless data synchronization and interoperability across platforms.

  • User Support & Training

    • Provide technical support to LeanIX users, resolving issues and offering training to ensure proper utilization of the platform.

  • Integration Oversight

    • Collaborate with integration teams to link LeanIX with other systems, such as OneTrust and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data flow and consistent information.

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with enterprise architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure LeanIX aligns with business goals and enterprise architecture strategies.

  • Governance & Compliance

    • Implement governance policies within LeanIX to ensure data compliance and security standards are met across the organization.

  • Platform Enhancements

    • Monitor LeanIX updates and new features, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve platform functionality.

Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture platforms.

  • Proficiency in GraphQL for designing custom integrations and APIs.

  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).

  • Strong expertise in LeanIX administration, including platform configuration, data governance, and reporting.

  •  Experience with integrating LeanIX with platforms like OneTrust and ServiceNow.

  •  Familiarity with enterprise systems and architecture management practices.

Additional Skills

  • Experience with other integration tools or middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred or relevant professional experience

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$127,500 - $212,500
