Key Responsibilities

  • Provide End-to-end Supply Chain solutions (People, Process and Technology) for 3PL and Specialty Business areas.
  • Regularly updates Technology Roadmap that supports both business and IT initiatives while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Advance Technology at Distribution Centers by driving proposals, Proof of Concepts and Implementation of Automation Technologies and Digitalization.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and Project Managers/Scrum Masters in both project / SAFE PI Planning and as well in the successful implementation of designed solutions as well as in reviewing design for small enhancements.
  • Collaborates with Enterprise Architects to understand and support corporate strategy as well as to ensure end-to-end solutions are provided in conjunction with other IT areas.

Minimum requirements:

Typically requires 12+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

  • 12+ years of Experience Designing and Implementing solutions for Supply Chain, mainly in the logistics area with focus on Distribution Centers (Warehouse Inventory and Transportation Management).
  • 10+ years of experience with SAP ECC (WMS, IM/MM, SD modules).
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (MRP, Forecasting, APO, IBP).
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP S/4 EWM
  • Highly proficient in understanding and design of Supply Chain processes.
  • Similar experience as architect in Warehouse Management, TMS and automation solutions like Pick to Voice, Warehouse Robotics automation, RF, etc.
  • Experience working on SAFE Agile Development Methodology.

Additional Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies/certification is a plus.
  • Design and Implementation of Digital solutions for Supply Chain.
  • Understanding of different WMS solutions like Blue Yonder, SAP EWMS, etc.
  • Mercury Gate TMS and ShipManager / Connectship Implementation/knowledge.
  • Healthcare Experience.
  • Experience implementing DSCSA for WMS.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Supply Chain or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$145,700 - $242,900
