We are seeking an independent thinker with excellent problem-solving skills who can play an important role in running Cybersecurity as a business. In this role, you will collect, organize and analyze data, maintain resource management plans, and provide comprehensive analysis that aids in aligning cybersecurity initiatives and services with business objectives, ensuring that investments add value and reduce cyber risk across the enterprise.  This position will report to the Director of Service Delivery within the McKesson Cybersecurity team and collaborate with leaders across the team.

Lead Cybersecurity Portfolio Planning and Execution

  • Drive the planning, execution, and completion of cybersecurity programs, ensuring they meet defined goals, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.

  • Develop and deliver executive level presentations.

Collaborate Across Functional Teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security operations, and business units, to align project objectives with cybersecurity strategies and business needs.

  • Partner with Cybersecurity service leaders to develop robust strategy roadmaps.

Identify and Mitigate Cybersecurity Risks

  • Proactively identify project-related cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies that protect the organization’s systems and data.

Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancements within the project management lifecycle. Implement best practices and streamline project delivery.

Support Strategic Cybersecurity Initiatives

  • Contribute to broader cybersecurity strategy and initiatives by providing insights from project execution. Ensure that projects align with long-term cybersecurity goals and organizational objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7 years of information security and risk management or related experience 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Strategic to tactical decision-making

  • Experience in dealing with third party-provided services

  • Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment

  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and service delivery

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$116,700 - $194,500
