Position Overview:
The Business Engagement Partner for HR Technologies will serve as the liaison between McKesson Technology and the HR business teams across all HR sub-functions. This individual contributor role requires an experienced professional with 7+ years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, researching, recommending, driving, and delivering HR technology projects that enhance the employee lifecycle experience and processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leaders and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Support HR technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of HR technologies across all HR sub-functions ensuring integration with existing systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR functions.
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Liaison with external technology vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements and standards.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on new systems and processes, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the technologies effectively.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of HR technologies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Understand aspects of databases, integrations, data transfer protocols, querying for data etc. at a near expert level.
- Open to learning and mastering new technologies is critical.
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Skills
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology implementation and management, across multiple HR sub-functions, HR Legal, Audit etc.
- Functional knowledge of HR domain and/ or previous progressive HRIS roles will be highly valued
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software platforms (e.g., ATS, LMS, Talent Management Systems, other ancillary HR support systems)
- Experience with project management tools
Additional Skills:
- Strong and constant communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive in identifying opportunities and bringing them to life. Strong relationship builder and show up as a key partner in all interactions
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in HR or IT (e.g., CSPO, PMP, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
