Shift: Sunday 4 PM - Completion and Monday -Thursday, 5 PM - Completion


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to train all positions in the warehouse within company standards. 
  • Train individuals in receiving, picking, packing, quality control, slotting, loading, and replenishment functions.  
  • Ability to work various shifts based on staffing or DC business needs.
  • Operate Power Industrial Equipment as needed and attain appropriate certification.  (i.e., Genie Lift, Stand-up Forklift, Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)  
  • Training new hires on required skills. 
  • Ownership in the success of the individual or team. 
  • Good critical thinking skills with the ability to see the “big picture” 
  • Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment.
  • Minimal supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills and ability to speak with individuals and explain processes. 
  • Passion and commitment to the success of our team and individuals.  
  • Must be a positive minded team member.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$18.56 - $30.94
