CoverMyMeds(CMM) is looking for an experienced Analyst to join the Technical Solutions Validation team. The CMM Validation Team supports the overall business strategy and advances the quality of healthcare by implementing and validating innovative solutions with superior customer focus. This position will be responsible for supporting our CMS sponsor solution, True Out-Of-Pocket (TrOOP), that allows for coordination of benefits real-time with all Medicare Part D Plans, Hospice entities and Supplemental payers to Part D. This role will also have additional validation of configurations responsibilities across multiple products and platforms. 

*Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working, but candidate must reside in the Columbus, OH area and be willing to come into the office from time to time for key meetings and face time.

What You'll Do:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Investigate Medicare Part D issues related plan re-certifications and enrollments

  • Assist payers or plans with connectivity to Part D Transaction Facilitator

  • Troubleshoots Financial Information Report (FIR) Transactions between the payer and Part D Transaction Facilitator

  • Provide Tier 2 support for customer issues related to CMS sponsor programs

  • Validate configurations and implement client and business partners for contracted services

  • Document all validation and configurations processes used to support contracted services

  • Peer reviews of other configuration validation processes

  • Facilitate ad hoc requests as needed (i.e. data requests)

  • Assist in research of technical issues and provide follow through on resolution of issues with contracted services

  • Interprets internal and/or external business rules and issues and recommends best practices

  • Follow all standard operating procedures and processes in order to deliver a world-class customer service experience for internal and external customers

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills:

  • 3+ years technical implementation or technical solutions

  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Communication skills (both written and oral) and a proven ability to effectively work closely with other team members and other business units required 

  • Strong technical proficiency (MS Windows, Word, Excel, IE, etc.)

  • Excellent Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Self-starter with a drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficiencies

  • Strong oral, written and presentation capabilities, with an ability to articulate complex technical information clearly

  • Passion for helping clients and employees achieve their goals

  • Adept at analyzing and using data to solve complex problems

  • Working knowledge of NCPDP telecommunication standard

  • Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$69,000 - $115,000
