The Technical Implementation Analyst is responsible for delivering technical solutions utilizing programming skills. The Technical Implementation Analyst will focus onassigned products for customer (both internal and external) implementations and change requests. This role will consult with stakeholders on delivery of solutions and will provide support to internal team members by bringing forward best practices to ensure that solution delivery is line with our strategic and quality goals.

The role will function as a liaison for assigned product offerings that Implementation supports and may be called upon to coordinate technical aspects of affiliated product releases with other internal teams.

The individual in this role will interface with internal team members on technical requirements, including configuration of platforms, supporting API integrations, website design, and oversight of support tickets.

This position supports customer requested projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure, implement, and support software with minimal supervision, including testing, troubleshooting, automation, demos, documentation, design, project management, and training.
  • Use detailed knowledge of specific areas to configure and implement current state functionality.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find optimal solutions for client needs.
  • Coordinate testing (e.g., UAT, integration, stress, quality) for specific products/solutions, ensuring documentation and approvals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for internal process and productivity improvements with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in cross-training to support multiple products.
  • Assist in new team member onboarding and cross-training.
  • Review customer requests with the product team for ongoing product improvement.

Documentation

  • Maintain and create documentation of requirements, configurations, and implementation processes.
  • Ensure quality assurance, data governance, and standard procedures.

Customer Support

  • Resolve diverse customer implementation/configuration issues, including go-live/post go-live support.
  • Provide status updates, inform stakeholders of progress, identify risks, and assist in resolving escalations.

Project Management

  • Adhere to project plans, schedules, and contractual obligations for quality and timely delivery.
  •  Follow established release management guidelines and internal processes for operational efficiency.

Data Analysis

  • Perform SQL querying and data investigation/analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills:

  • 4+ years' experience designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology

  • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, requirements definition and deployment ofbusiness requirements to information systems

  • 3+ years' experience with JIRA/Confluence  

  • 3+ years' experience with GITHUB and Toad DataPoint and/or Toad 

  • 3+ years' experience with  SQL querying 

Business Experience:

  • 4+ years strategic partner collaboration experience

  • 3+ years evaluating business needs and creating solutions

  • Collaborative, customer focused skills, with proven ability to proactively create value-based solutions

  • Experience managing key relationships and strategic partnerships

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Effective communication skills: ability to connect to people at all levels and translate technical information

  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with confident, high-energy approach to business challenges

  • Able to problem solve & negotiate

  • Technical knowledge of products including the platforms and rules engines used to operate our solutions

  • Project management knowledge and tool management a plus

Education/Training:

  • Degree or equivalent healthcare experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$73,700 - $122,900
