Job Summary:

The Digital Mindset Program Manager will support our enterprise-wide digital mindset program to ensure all employees have the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to thrive in a digital workplace. This role will oversee program development, execution, and continuous improvement of our digital mindset initiatives across multiple business units and functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital transformation through people and possess expertise in change management, learning and development, organizational psychology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a comprehensive digital mindset program aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (e.g., training programs, workshops, webinars) to enhance digital mindset and large language models among employees at all levels. With a positive focus on team member engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in employee digital proficiency, ensuring equitable access to resources and opportunities for upskilling.
  • Monitor progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital mindset maturity and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies as necessary.
  • Develop, own and have accountability for reporting adoption metrics.
  • Drive change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital mindset development and incorporate relevant insights into ongoing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

A degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital mindset initiatives across diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. And to have fun.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands. Bringing forward that unique ability of staying abreast of the needs of the program and being flexible to the unique drivers of a digital mindset program.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and other technology solutions used in digital mindset programs. (Synthesia a plus)
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and administer surveys and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with organizational behavior models and change management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Able to flex in thought processing, demonstrating core McKesson values of iLead and iCare and be a good person.

Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Communications, Psychology, HR, IT, or a related field

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$111,000 - $185,000
