Position Description:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong record of scaling digital products to play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by delivering innovative solutions across the US Oncology network.  Your strategic thinking, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills will be essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, ensuring that our solutions align with the company’s goals and enhance practice operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes to identify digital transformation opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans and business cases to scale digital solutions that align with practice objectives and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prioritize and practice roadmaps to accelerate US Oncology Network’s digital transformation
  • Ensure solutions are user-friendly, meet regulatory requirements, and integrate seamlessly with existing technology ecosystem and US Oncology standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between practices, IT, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project goals, status updates, and outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to refine digital solutions and measure success
  • Utilize your strong technical background to understand and contribute to the architecture and design of digital solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Critical Skills

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in software development, system architecture, AI, IoTs, and integration.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S, now or in the future, without support from McKesson.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$102,800 - $171,300
