Supplylogix is a software company that develops and delivers practical supply chain intelligence solutions for pharmacy and related businesses. We are a small, highly skilled team that builds and maintains software which manages inventory for pharmacies nationwide. Being a small business unit in a larger corporation gives us the benefit of having a stable backbone, but the ability to react quickly to our clients’ requests. We have the experience, resources, vision, and passion to build great software that helps our clients achieve greater supply chain efficiency and improve patient satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new functionality and maintain existing functionality with a keen sense for making things fast and efficient. 
  • Participate directly in the complete software development lifecycle and perform all aspects of development from back-end data stores to the front-end UI.
  • Help our clients and the account management team solve tough problems. You will need to enjoy coming up with solutions rather than being told what to build. 
  • Debug and optimize performance of a distributed application and it’s supporting services. 
  • Recommend new technologies and practices where improvements can be made. 
  • Build smart internal tools to streamline platform development. 

Minimum Requirements

7+ years' experience in software engineering/development. 

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. 

Critical Skills 

  • 4+ years' experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL. 
  • Advanced knowledge of design patterns and OO principles. 
  • Strong knowledge of what makes the web tick: HTTP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript. 
  • Deep understanding of distributed software systems. 
  • Passion for learning the latest technologies with a track record of constantly expanding your expertise. 
  • Desire and ability to make entrepreneurial decisions as a software developer. We’re looking for creative thinkers who enjoy being a part of the solution. 

Additional Knowledge & Skills 

  • Healthcare or pharmacy domain experience is a plus.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. 
  • Microsoft Azure or similar cloud provider experience. 

Working Conditions

  • Able to travel domestically 10% of the time.
  • Hybrid Work Environment – Work from Home (Irving, TX area) & Irving Texas Hub Office (As needed)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted – This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$125,000 - $208,400
