Job Title: IT Product Owner - Salesforce/Conga CLM (Healthcare/BioPharma)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce, Conga CLM, or enterprise software within the healthcare/BioPharma industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and manage IT operations.

Responsibilities:

- Convert product vision from key stakeholders into detailed requirements and user stories for internal product development.

- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features in alignment with overall business objectives and impact.

- Lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, project execution, A/B testing, and product roll-out strategy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and UX/UI, to ensure successful product delivery.

- Utilize exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and meet business goals.

- Adopt a data-driven approach to understand customer needs, translate strategic objectives into action, and prioritize effectively to improve value delivered.

- Encourage an Agile way of working and promote a continuous improvement attitude.

- Develop and communicate Program Vision and Roadmap.

- Work with System Architect/Engineering to understand Enabler work.

- Participate in solution demos and sign off on user stories.

- Ensure product completeness and acceptance of solution/PI outcome.

- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of overall experience in IT or related field.

- Prior work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.

- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.

- Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Ability to comprehend business priorities, requirements, and technical aspects, including understanding of programming code.

- Curiosity, self-starting attitude, and comfort with dealing with ambiguity.

- Understanding of processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$102,800 - $171,300
