As a new hire, you will be part of our exclusive Cyber Academy, a program dedicated to developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
What You’ll Do:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for cybersecurity tools, primarily SentinelOne.
Troubleshoot issues related to endpoint agents on desktops, servers, and other devices.
Use standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guides to resolve common issues.
ServiceNow Ticket Management
Monitor and manage a ServiceNow queue.
Pick up and work on tickets as they appear in the queue.
Escalate unresolved issues to more senior team members when necessary.
Communication & Collaboration
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across various business units globally
Participate in bridge calls and live troubleshooting sessions with end users.
Maintain clear and professional communication both verbally and in writing.
On-Call Support
Participate in an on-call rotation, potentially every second week (including weekdays and weekends).
Be available to assist when L1 support is needed outside of standard hours.
Tool & Process Support
Support a growing suite of cybersecurity tools beyond SentinelOne as the team expands.
Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of SOPs and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and end users.
Organisational skills and attention to detail to manage ticket queues effectively.
Ability to work independently and proactively, especially in a less team-dense environment.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (possibly every second week, including weekdays).
Preferred Requirements
Background or coursework in cybersecurity is a plus.
Experience with endpoint management or understanding of Windows device operations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Previous internship or experience in tech support.
