CoverMyMeds is looking for a Sr Manager, Technology Tooling to join our IT team! In this role, you will lead a team helping provide tooling solutions in partnership with our enterprise technology partners, the BU technology portfolio department and the BU technology teams. This is a critical role as we drive rationalization, design and adoption of technology tools across the CMM business unit. The successful Sr Manager will have a deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the best of breed tools used to deliver portfolio management solutions.

This is a hybrid role allowing some work from home, but our candidate must be located in the Columbus Ohio area to accommodate in-office meetings as needed. We are not able to provide sponsorship now or in the future for this position.

Keys skills & Job responsibilities:

  • Facilitates process and system improvement opportunities and implements enhancements and changes to support our Technology Tools

  • Has expertise in key technology toolsets including Miro, Smartsheet, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), GitHub Enterprise, and Jellyfish

  • Proven leadership of teams comprised of engineers at multiple levels 

  • Collaborate across Technology and Development teams as well as with 3rd party applications/vendors

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to run complex projects with minimal supervision

  • Capable of translating business & product needs related to portfolio management to technical solutions

  • Technical expertise in understanding complex integrations across systems

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain business relationships and customer service skills

  • Build and develop relationships with McKesson Technology peers to drive critical outcomes related to technology tooling for the BU and enterprise 

  • Ability to identify opportunities, resolve challenges and drive action in collaboration with internal & external cross-functional teams

  • Provide knowledge transfer to operations and support and to business users

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of technicalmanagement experience, including 1+ years of people management experience

  • 5+ years software development lifecycle experience (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems, or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and ability to work with collaboration and interpersonal skills and cross-functional teams as well as interact with senior leaders and stakeholders

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$119,700 - $199,500
