Responsibility
As a Member Account Executive, you will work in collaboration with all departments to ensure successful execution of programs within the market. You will support strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth through innovative solutions while ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions within McKesson Pharmacies and external partners.
- Support implementation of programs within assigned territory; conduct on-site training sessions as needed
- Identify areas for improvement or enhancement related to program execution
- Develop action plans to address gaps identified during audits
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales representatives, operations staff, and vendor partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery of services
- Ensure accurate reporting on program status and performance metrics
- Collaborate with vendors/partners to understand their offerings and identify potential new business opportunities
- Manage communication channels between internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
- University degree preferred; equivalent experience in retail pharmacy management will be considered
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where prioritization skills are essential
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations is an asset
- Up to 60% travel needed - limited overnight travel
