Job title: SOC Compliance Program Manager

Current Need:

We are seeking a SOC Compliance Program Manager to join the Enterprise SOC Compliance organization. This role will require a seasoned Program Manager who can manage multiple work streams, collaborate with project managers on complex programs, and work closely with both the Service Manager and Delivery Leader on detailed project status. This person needs to have experience working with C-Suite level stakeholders and they need to be experienced and knowledgeable with IT compliance-related work.

Essential Job Duties:

Support the McKesson Delivery Leader through all duties to support the overall execution of the project/initiative. This includes driving collaboration, alignment and integrated delivery for a given project/initiative.

  • Develop detailed plans, implementation schedules and resource plans. Coordinates activities, defines deliverables and milestones participating in team assignments.
  • Assists with reporting and maintaining key measures of success for all SOC Compliance efforts.
  • Partner with MT delivery and solution team leaders and internal business clients on the coordination of SOC Compliance efforts.
  • Partner with Service Managers to align with sub-BU and functional BU divisions to coordinate and prioritize SOC Compliance efforts across their assigned Service Area within McKesson
  • Assist in discussions to drive decision making, share information and collect information, as required by the project.
  • Maintain stakeholder list, develop communication plans, and assist with creating Program communications.
  • Oversee and govern the Enterprise SOC Compliance Teams sites, ensuring all project documentation is accessible to the team to help drive efficiency and execution.
  • Communications deliverables as needed.

Deliverables for each Enterprise SOC Compliance Project to be created and/or maintained

  • Detailed Project Schedule
  • Stakeholder List
  • Communications Plan
  • Resource Schedule
  • Weekly Status Updates
  • Executive Updates (e.g. PPTs) as needed (frequency TBD)
  • Issue/Risk Log
  • Project budget/forecast
  • Others as required, based on business need.

Must have experience:

  • 10+ years of IT program management
  • 5+ years of program management experience focused in SOC compliance programs
  • Experience at communicating at all levels (team to executive)
  • Understanding of Waterfall methodology
  • Proven working experience in project management through all facets of project lifecycle.
  • Proven track record to drive results and navigating challenges successfully.
  • Program Manager should have experience coordinating work across PMs in a matrix environment, able to provide roll up of status and metric reporting, have exceptional issue management skills, and have experience defining roles and responsibilities on projects to bring clarity on the accountability of work across team members.

Key Preferred Skills:

  • Planview experience and be familiar with managing project resources, financial planning, etc. Not a must and can be trained.
  • Excellent Communication – oral and written.
  • Ability to lead teams through planned schedules and proactively address issues/risks.
  • Proficient in creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Flexible to be in details and at summarized/high-level.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Effective resource estimating skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, who sets high standards for self and others and demonstrates enthusiasm for the mission of the team.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$111,200 - $185,300
