The Lab Sales Assistant provides administrative support to Lab Leaders (including calendar management, meeting and travel support) and VP, Lab in the planning, direction, completion and financial outcome of assigned projects.   Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures. May handle details of a confidential and critical nature.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendars, coordinate conference calls/meetings. Identify meeting needs, arrange logistics, and confirm details for meetings with multiple participants and involving complex calendar coordination
  • Complete extensive travel arrangements including airline, hotel and transportation reservations and create detailed itineraries; monitor flight delays and adjust travel plans for leaders. 
  • Identify meeting needs, arrange logistics, and confirm details for meetings with multiple participants and communicate to them. 
  • Assist leadership with expense reports in alignment with internal processes in an expedited manner
  • Support leaders in the onboarding process to ensure new team members are successfully onboarded.  Support leaders with the off-boarding process when team members are leaving McKesson.  
  • Manage any assigned projects not handled by the PMO.  This includes being the point of contact, tracking statuses, weekly report/meeting with appropriate leaders and teams
  • Provides technical, administrative and operational support as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Education/Training –

High School diploma

Business Experience

3 or more years of related experience

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  • MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic project management skills to meet deadlines
  • Communication & Collaboration skills

Working Conditions:

  • Traditional office environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Large percent of time performing computer based work is required.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$20.41 - $34.01
