This role guides our large and often complex, strategic, and government customers through the McKesson Medical Surgical onboarding process. This crucial role represents the face of our business during the critical first interaction with our customers. As the face of our business to new and existing customers, this role requires a dynamic individual with polished communication skills who inspires trust, confidence, and credibility.

·Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all implementation program design, build and launch activities, delivering overall customer implementation satisfaction

·Lead the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and effective introduction to our services for large, strategic, and government clients.

·Confidently lead project update calls with customers

·Collaborate with Customer Implementation Coordinators to develop and align on account strategies, coverage plans, as well as identify account opportunities and risks.

·Strengthen the feedback loop with customers and foster effective relationships with back-office teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

·Create governance with team members to ensure alignment and documentation are captured

·Communicate progress of customer objectives & go live against deadlines, interdependencies, and other critical project oversight tasks

·Create executive & customer facing status reports via Smartsheet

·Lead any customer facing communications with prepared detailed agendas, follow up notes, and status reports

·Develop and implement strategies to improve team processes and customer onboarding experiences.

·Maintain and enhance communication protocols within the team and with customers, ensuring information is conveyed clearly and effectively.

·Drive initiatives to enhance team skills in communication, problem-solving, and process optimization.

·Lead by example, utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to influence outcomes and drive project success.

·Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives, balancing multiple projects and leading various initiatives simultaneously.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$91,700 - $152,800
