Responsibility
Job Description- Inventory Supervisor
Shift Details: Monday – Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel. Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
- Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
- May conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
- Performs analysis of inventory throughout the production life cycle. Ensures the accurate and secure documentation of materials and equipment.
- Analyzes, investigates and corrects inventory discrepancies.
- May prepare reports of results and conclusions for management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of Warehouse/Inventory experience
- Must have equipment experience - Dock Stock, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker
Critical Skills
- Self-starter, adaptive and solutions focused; willing to develop organizational initiatives
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change
- Professional, engaging, and confident demeanor
- Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
- High level of computer proficiency using MS Office applications
- Works with limited autonomy and under moderate direction. Routine work requires no direction.
Physical Requirements:
- Significant time in warehouse environment; ability to lift 50lbs
- Must be willing to be certified on warehouse material handling equipment
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of Distribution Operations or Inventory Control experience
- Knowledge of SAP and AS400
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite

Our Base Pay Range for this position
