POSITION: Sr. Business Analyst

LOCATION: 6555 State Hwy 161, Irving, TX 75039

JOB DUTIES: Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of business problems to solve with SAP. Provide technical architectural leadership, design and implement technical solutions in SAP for business needs. Help govern the introduction of new technologies. Reviews, aligns, and drives technology plans with enterprise goals, business plans and business processes. Identify, evaluate, and develop solutions and procedures that meet user requirements. Apply functional knowledge to design and customize workflow systems that enable these functions. Identify requirements, design enhancements, and functionality to help meet user requirements. Perform configuration work to support new and existing functionality. Prepare functionality specifications and delivers to developers. Work with the SAP technical analysts and developers to ensure proper and effective coding of programs to meet business requirements. Perform integration testing to ensure that new functionality does not adversely affect existing functionality. 20% domestic travel required for visiting third party logistics distribution centers. Up to 75% telecommuting allowed from the area of intended employment.

REQUIREMENTS:: Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Must have four (4) years of experience in each of the following:

• Business analysis, requirements definition, and building SAP systems solutions;
• Working with SD in an SAP environment;
• SAP SD configuration.

Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following:

• Distribution environment;
• Supporting SAP SD production issues;
• Configuration experience in multiple SAP modules;
• Multiple full cycles of SAP enhancement, or implementation from design thru go-live; and
• Complex interface environment.

OFFERED WAGE: $132,933 to $164,100/year
