Current Need 

We are searching for a DSCSA Serialization Lead Business Analyst in Irving, TX to join the team.

Position Description 

McKesson SAP Distribution Center Technologies – ATTP Center of Expertise team is leading the Technology Implementation of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) across all the Business Units in the US. We are looking for a Serialization Lead Business Analyst to be part of our team.  This is a Techno-functional role that will have responsibility to lead the implementation, support and evolution of Technology solutions of DSCSA implementation guidelines for McKesson Business Units. This role will work both with our different stakeholders as well as on the technical aspects of DSCSA implementation guidelines and impact to our core Serialization System (ATTP) and WMS/ ERP/Analytics and Customer Facing applications. Configure ATTP software and participate in on-boarding initiatives with suppliers and customers.

This position reports to the Senior Director of SAP Distribution Center Technologies.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Leads the implementation of DSCSA regulations for McKesson Business Units.
• This role is considered the technological DSCSA expert for one of the McKesson Business Units
• Drives alignment on key project activities, metrics as well as roadmap for each BU
• Works with Development and support teams to address Business Unit needs
• Gathers and translates requirements from DSCSA guidelines and our DSCA implementation team to define, design and develop solutions for our ATTP Team that meet business requirements.
• Collaborates and supports WMS / ERP / Analytics and Customer Facing application teams in the adoption of new DSCSA regulations.
• Design, configure and maintain programs related to SAP ATTP
• Collaborates with suppliers and Customers for specific BU to drive adoption of DSCSA regulation
• Participates on industry’s technical forums related to DSCSA Implementation
• Documents, Recommends, and Presents systems enhancements and alternatives to meet business requirements.
• Drives continuous improvement activities for this area: Leads Root Cause Analysis of major incidents, provides solutions that will increase systems availability and customer satisfaction.
• Be part of an on-call rotation schedule for after-hours escalations from support teams.
• Works on Agile/Waterfall methodologies to Configure solutions in the space like SAP and related technologies as well as to test development/customizations in this area.

Minimum Requirements Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills 

• Working Experience with DSCSA Serialization solutions (SAP ATTP) including configuration of those solutions
• Understanding of GS1 (EPCIS) Standards as well as master data requirements for serialization
• Implementation of DSCSA regulations
• Functional background in Logistics and WMS Processes
• Communication to multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to work with both Business Users as well as technical aspects including understanding of programming code.
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter
• Understands processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with SAP HANA Studio, ABAP, and SAP ECC
• Understanding of Distribution Center operations
• Experience working in an Agile / SAFe Lean environment using Jira preferred

Education: Degree or equivalent experience
